The MC Digital Realty KIX Campus, located in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, is a significant carrier-neutral data center hub developed by MC Digital Realty, a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty.

The campus currently features multiple facilities, including KIX10 (opened 2017), KIX12 (opened August 2021 with 20 MW), and KIX13 (opened February 2023 with 21 MW, featuring seismic isolation).

Further expansion is underway with KIX15, a 24 MW facility commencing construction in October 2026 and expected to be operational in Q4 2028. KIX15 is designed to support hybrid air- and liquid-cooling technologies, catering to high-density AI workloads.

The total campus capacity currently exceeds 70 MW, with plans to grow towards an aggregate portfolio of approximately 220 MW across Japan. The KIX Campus is integrated with Digital Realty's ServiceFabric® platform and partner networks, providing robust connectivity and links to trans-Pacific submarine cables such as the JUNO system.
