It provides 18MW of IT load across approximately 5,000m² of server room space. Designed to meet Uptime Tier III and Japan's Tier 3 standards, it features redundant power, cooling, and communications infrastructure with enhanced disaster preparedness and security. The facility supports emerging technologies like Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and is positioned to leverage NTT's Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN). Located about 35 minutes from central Osaka and 30 minutes from Itami Airport, the site is in an area with low natural disaster risk. The Kansai region is a rapidly growing data center market, projected for 19% CAGR over the next five years, making Osaka North 1 a key hub for hyperscalers and businesses in western Japan.
