Blockvalue Inc. operates the Shiga Town First Data Center in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The facility is built on a former Hitachi precision machinery site and repurposed for advanced computing and digital infrastructure.
The campus spans approximately 24,000 square meters, with 7,000 square meters of interior space. It is equipped with robust electrical systems to support high-density compute, AI development, blockchain operations, and computer module manufacturing.
Located in a scenic area near the Japan Sea, the site offers a quiet, natural environment and benefits from regional industrial promotion measures. It is accessible via Noto Airport, about three hours from Haneda Airport.
The data center began operations in April 2023 and is designed for scalability, supporting future expansion as demand for compute power grows.
