DPDC Inzai Park is Daiwa House Industry’s flagship data center campus, located in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture. Spanning a total site area of approximately 270,000 square meters, the campus is set to include 14 purpose-built data center buildings with a combined floor area of around 330,000 square meters by 2025.

Designed to meet the growing demand for secure and scalable digital infrastructure in Japan, DPDC Inzai Park supports enterprise-grade colocation and hyperscale deployments. The site benefits from proximity to Tokyo’s major network hubs and is accessible via the Hokuso Railway, just 20 minutes from Inzai Makinohara Station.

Daiwa House plans to invest ¥100 billion into the project, positioning it among the largest data center developments in the country. The campus is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its “living infrastructure” portfolio, which includes logistics, communications, and digital services.
