The Vantage Milan I Data Center Campus, located in Melegnano, Italy, is a significant development in one of Europe's key cloud markets. This expansive campus spans over 30 acres (12 hectares) and is designed to accommodate four data center buildings. Once fully developed, it will provide a substantial 64MW of critical IT load, with an average density of 300W/SF (3.2kW/M²).

The campus emphasizes reliability and sustainability, featuring N+1 redundancy across all power and mechanical systems. Power is supplied by leading regional providers Enel and Terna, with an on-campus 220KV substation ensuring maximum efficiency. Cooling utilizes a highly efficient closed-loop chilled water system with air-side economizers, aiming for near-zero Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE).

Connectivity is robust, with multiple diverse fiber pathways, carrier neutrality, and two Meet-Me-Rooms (MMRs) offering flexibility. Security is paramount, including a 24x7x365 on-site security operations center, K4-rated fencing, CCTV, and dual authentication systems.

Amenities include dedicated customer office space, conference rooms, and break rooms. Vantage is committed to sustainability, incorporating hyper-efficient cooling, electric vehicle charging stations, and extensive tree planting, alongside other eco-friendly operational practices.
