The QTS Vimercate Campus, located in Vimercate, Italy, is a planned data center development on a 277,800 square meter industrial site. This project aims to construct three buildings with a total capacity of approximately 220MW. The campus is situated 25km north of Milan, in the province of Monza and Brianza. The site was formerly an IBM campus. QTS is committed to environmental stewardship, planning to incorporate green spaces, preserve key habitats, and enhance biodiversity. The data centers will feature a closed-loop cooling system and aim to source power from carbon-free sources. The project is currently awaiting approval from the Italian Ministry of the Environment.
