K2 Data Centres - MIL 1

K2 MIL 1 is a planned hyperscale data center campus located on the southern outskirts of Milan, Italy. The project is being considered by K2 Strategic, the digital infrastructure arm of Malaysian conglomerate Kuok Group, with a potential investment of up to €5.3 billion ($6bn). The campus is projected to have a capacity of approximately 300MW. This development is part of Milan's rapid data center expansion, driven by AI and tech demand, with the city expected to significantly increase its capacity in the coming years. K2 Strategic, established in 2017, specializes in developing, owning, and operating hyper-scale digital infrastructure assets for technology companies.
