The AiOnX Pregnana Innovation Campus is a significant data center development project located west of Milan, Italy. Situated within an established data center cluster, it benefits from proximity to major cloud providers such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft. The campus boasts a gross site area of approximately 220,000 sqm and has secured a substantial power capacity of 150 MW. Zoning is in place, and the project is progressing towards obtaining outline planning approval. The site offers strategic advantages including proximity to a network connection point, established connectivity, and immediate access to a major road artery. AiOnX completed the indirect acquisition of this landsite in October 2024. As of June 30, 2025, the estimated fair value of the land was approximately €125 million. The indicative development timeline is approximately three years.
