Vantage's DUB1 campus is a large data center development project currently under construction in Grange Castle, Ireland. This 405,000 sq ft (38,000 sqm) facility will be built in phases, offering a total IT capacity of 52MW upon completion.
The first phase will consist of two buildings:
* Building 11 (south): This 24,667 sqm building will house the majority of the IT capacity (32MW) and will include 22 emergency generators.
* Building 12 (north): This 12,915 sqm building will provide an additional 20MW of IT capacity.
The campus is designed with energy efficiency in mind, targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2.
