Galang Batang AI Campus

SOS Limited, through its Singapore subsidiary Future Digital Trading Pte. Ltd., has entered into a non-binding Framework Cooperation Memorandum with an Indonesian entity to potentially develop a 500-megawatt wholesale AI and cloud data center campus in Galang Batang, Indonesia. The initial phase is projected to have a capacity of approximately 50MW. The company has received indicative interest for about 180MW from prospective tenants, including global cloud, internet, and AI platforms. The proposed location within the Singapore–Johor–Riau (SJR) growth corridor offers sub-2-millisecond connectivity to Singapore. The project's development is contingent on due diligence, definitive agreements, financing, and regulatory approvals. SOS Limited aims to fund the platform through a combination of equity and project finance, with senior debt expected from institutional lenders. The memorandum includes a 10-year coal-index-linked pricing formula for electricity, subject to final negotiation.
