Digital Edge is developing the Jakarta CGK Campus, a substantial data center project located in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) in Cikarang, Indonesia. This facility is designed to offer a total capacity of 500MW, with the potential for expansion up to 1GW.
The campus will be constructed in multiple phases. The first phase includes three buildings, with the initial building scheduled for operation by Q4 2026, followed by the second in Q1 2027, and the third in Q2 2027.
Digital Edge is committed to sustainable operations, targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25. The facility will incorporate advanced technologies such as direct-to-chip liquid cooling, recycled water systems, and renewable energy sources.
Digital Edge, formed in August 2020 by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, is a prominent APAC data center developer and operator with a growing portfolio across Asia. The company entered the Indonesian market in 2021.
