Datacomm’s Cikarang data center is a purpose‑built facility in Jababeka, Bekasi Regency. It is designed for high availability, strong physical and network security, and compliance with Indonesia’s data sovereignty requirements. The site is in a designated no‑flooding zone to reduce environmental risks.

The land area covers 8,000 m² with a 6,718 m² building footprint. It offers 8 MW of total power capacity and supports up to 576 racks, backed by a 99.9% uptime service‑level agreement.

Power continuity is maintained through full UPS systems and backup generators. Cooling is provided by a fully redundant HVAC system to ensure stable thermal conditions.

Security features include 24x7x365 controlled access, DDoS protection, next‑generation firewall, and web application firewall. Fire protection is handled by a pre‑action dry pipe system that minimizes false activations.

The facility is well‑suited for government agencies, regulated industries, and enterprises that require in‑country hosting, low latency to the Greater Jakarta area, and resilient infrastructure for mission‑critical workloads.
