DayOne Kabil Tech Park is an under-development data center campus located in the Kabil Industrial Tech Park (KITP) in Kota Batam, Indonesia. The project is backed by a significant 450MW Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with state-run utility PLN Batam, with power supply expected to commence in phases between 2026 and 2027. This agreement is the largest PPA signed to date in the Indonesian market.
In addition to power, DayOne and PLN Batam have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) for connectivity and electrical infrastructure services. This initiative is part of DayOne's broader multi-campus strategy in Batam, aiming to bolster the island's position as a key digital infrastructure hub in Southeast Asia. The company's strategy includes its proprietary SIJORI model, integrating Singapore, Johor, and Batam into a cross-border data center platform. DayOne's existing portfolio includes over 500MW of data center capacity in service and under construction, with an additional 500MW planned for future development across Asia and Europe.
