Mark 1 is the flagship facility in a three-site data center initiative led by Aesler Group and developed in partnership with Huawei. Located in the Meisterstadt area of Batam, the site is engineered for resilience and sustainability, forming part of Aesler’s broader 88MW “eco data center” strategy.

The facility will deliver 16MW of IT capacity across 2,500 racks, with a targeted Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.4, indicating high energy efficiency. Construction uses prefabricated modules supplied by Huawei, enabling rapid deployment and scalability.

Mark 1 is designed to withstand seismic activity up to 9 MMI (approx. 6.9 on the Richter scale), reinforcing its suitability for mission-critical operations. The project aligns with Indonesia’s Digital Era 5.0 goals, aiming to position Aesler as a leading provider of green technology infrastructure.
