NES Data Hinjewadi

NES Data Hinjewadi is a proposed next-generation data center campus planned for development at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune, India. This facility is slated to have a significant IT Load Capacity of up to 60 MW. The project is being undertaken by NES Data Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCC Concept Limited. This expansion is a key step in TCC Concept Limited's strategy to build a diversified digital infrastructure platform and move towards an aggregate data center capacity of 100 MW. The location in Hinjewadi offers advantages such as robust power availability, excellent fiber connectivity, and proximity to technology companies, making it suitable for hyperscale and enterprise data center development. The campus is intended to be developed in phases, adhering to global standards for reliability, sustainability, operational efficiency, and energy management, aiming to meet the growing demand for AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation services.
