HyperVault Hyderabad, a venture by Tata Consultancy Services' AI data center subsidiary, is set to become one of India's largest AI compute campuses. Located in Hyderabad, the facility will span 264 acres and offer a planned capacity of up to 1GW. Designed for frontier AI companies and hyperscalers, it will support high-density GPU deployments for advanced computing workloads like training and inference.
The development will be phased, aligning with customer demand and technological advancements. The campus will incorporate green energy sourcing and a water-neutral design. TPG is a strategic partner, alongside the broader Tata ecosystem, supporting the company's scaling efforts. The project anticipates an investment of up to Rs 70,000 crore (approximately US$8.51bn) and is expected to create several thousand direct and indirect jobs.
