Power and Cooling
Located in Iceland, the Basis data center operates on 100% renewable energy from hydroelectric and geothermal energy sources. We use the naturally cool Icelandic air temperatures to cool the data center at a low cost, and have implemented hot/cold air aisle containment within the data rooms to provide the most energy efficient facilities possible.
