The Tseung Kwan O data center, operated by SUNeVision Holdings Ltd., represents a flagship high-tier data center development. It is the first plot of land specifically set aside by the HKSAR government for such a purpose. This facility boasts a highly reliable location, free from subleasing restrictions and distant from hazardous industries or waterfront risks.
With a 132kV substation on premise, the data center ensures diversity and growth in power supply, alongside a commitment to energy efficiency, as evidenced by its LEED Gold Certification. The center's design facilitates scalable space for expansion, adjacent to another significant site of 1.2 million sq. ft.
MEGA IDC, the data center's hyperscale facility, stands as the largest in Hong Kong by power capacity, with approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. GFA and an IT load of over 180+ MW for high-density deployment. This state-of-the-art en-bloc building is designed to meet both current and future needs, ensuring ongoing support for customer requirements.
