Singtel HKTKO

Singtel's HKTKO data center, located in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, is a purpose-built facility designed to support critical IT infrastructure. The three-storey building boasts a robust floor loading capacity of 12.5KN/m2 and is equipped with a total of 1,440kW of UPS power supply in a 2N configuration, ensuring uninterrupted power to the IT load.

The facility is certified with Uptime Institute Tier III design and construction, reflecting its high standards in reliability and performance. The cooling system features an air-cooled, chilled water system in an N+1 configuration, optimized for efficiency and designed in accordance with ASHRAE TC 9.9 2011 conditions. Fire protection is top-notch with an overhead and under-floor smoke detection system, double interlock pre-action dry-pipe sprinkler system, and a Novec 1230 fire suppression system complemented by a VESDA early detection system.
