The Goodman Tsuen Wan West precinct is one of Hong Kong's largest data center and technology hubs, showcasing a remarkable transformation from a disused textile factory site into a cutting-edge digital infrastructure campus. Spanning 1.6 million square feet across four buildings, this revitalized development is strategically designed to support the growth of Hong Kong's data center, technology, and telecommunications industries.

Each building within the precinct is equipped with independent high-voltage power supply systems, ensuring high levels of resilience and reliability for high-tier data center, IT, and industrial uses. The precinct is LEED Gold pre-certified, reflecting its commitment to sustainability through initiatives like rooftop solar installations and recycling of demolition materials. Two buildings are already completed and fully leased to major global customers, while the remaining two are set to be completed by 2024.
