Tsuen Wan Data Center

The facility is located 24 minutes from the airport and features a robust power infrastructure with a 2N redundant power system, including dual 11kV feeders from China Light & Power Company, two N transformers, and an N+1 UPS system with 10-15 minutes of backup. A standby generator with 24 hours of fuel storage ensures continuous power. Security includes multi-layered measures such as perimeter monitoring, access control, a visitor management system, and CCTV. The N+1 redundant cooling system supports hot or cold aisle containment and is monitored by a Building Management System (BMS). Fire protection is provided by a gas-based system (FM200 or equivalent) and VESDA with a pre-action sprinkler system, all monitored by the BMS.
