Pipefish Services Data Center

Pipefish Services LLC is developing a 10-acre data center in Dededo, Guam. The facility, approved by the Guam Hybrid Land Use Commission, will feature approximately 50,000 sq ft of floor space upon completion. Site plans include a 45-foot high fire suppression water tank and an eight-foot high perimeter fence. The project represents an investment of around $3 million. Specific details regarding the data center's capacity and primary function have not been disclosed. Guam, an unincorporated US island territory in the Pacific Ocean, serves as a significant hub for military and communications infrastructure, including being a landing point for multiple subsea cables.
