The facility features advanced security measures, including electronic access control, video surveillance, and a hazard alarm system with direct security company integration. The data center ensures efficient cooling with N+1 redundancy, following the cold/hot aisle containment method to maintain stable temperature and humidity levels. It offers UPS N+1 redundant power, supporting both 230V-AC UPS-secured connections and optional 3-phase power. Fire safety includes a CO2 extinguishing system, fire alarms, and direct fire brigade integration for rapid emergency response.

For network performance, the facility runs its own Autonomous System (AS13247) and leverages Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to optimize internet routing. Its redundant backbone network spans Frankfurt, Ingolstadt, and Munich, utilizing private peerings (PNI) with Google, public peering points (DECIX, ECIX), and high-performance carriers like Lumen Technologies and Deutsche Telekom to ensure low-latency, high-speed connectivity.
