The facility, situated at Dornhofstraße 14, will offer a scalable AI and IT infrastructure. Phase one is expected to go live in Q1 2027, featuring 1,830 sqm of white space and 4.5MW of power. The site is designed for modular expansion, with a potential total white space of 4,270 sqm and 10.5 MW across 14 modules. Sustainability is a key focus, incorporating green facades, rainwater harvesting, and waste heat availability for local heating networks. The data center is built to DIN EN 50600 CAT III standards and aims for energy efficiency. It is designed to be carrier and cloud-neutral, providing flexible connectivity options and direct peering to DE-CIX and CSPs. NorthC aims for CO₂ neutrality by 2030.
