CyrusOne FRA7 - Building 1

CyrusOne FRA7 is a new, state-of-the-art data center campus located in Frankfurt, Germany, as part of the FRANKFURT WESTSIDE regeneration project. The facility will deliver 81 MW of IT capacity across 25,266 sqm of technical space within two three-story buildings.

Designed with sustainability at its core, FRA7 aims for BREEAM 'Very Good' certification and utilizes 100% renewable energy sources. It features a 150MVA utility power supply, a new redundant high-voltage grid connection, and PV cells on the roof. The data center is capable of deploying up to 40 MW of waste heat for campus-wide re-use. It boasts a low PUE of less than 1.3, achieved through free-cooling technology and optimized operating temperatures, and a low WUE using a closed-loop chilled water system.

Connectivity is carrier-neutral with diverse fiber options. The facility incorporates multi-layer physical and electronic security, 24/7 onsite support, and adheres to international standards including ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 50001.
