Frankfurt Oder - Building 3

Frankfurt Oder Campus, developed by Frankfurt Data AI GmbH, is a planned hyperscale data center located in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. The project aims for a total capacity of approximately 330 MW, with an estimated investment volume of nearly 3.5 billion euros. A key feature of the development is the integration of waste heat into the municipal thermal heating network, with the project developer contributing 15 million euros towards its connection and infrastructure.

The facility is planned in six expansion stages, each requiring an additional 60 MW of power. A direct connection to the 380 kV transmission grid operated by 50Hertz is essential for full expansion, and an application for this has been submitted. A new 380 kV/110 kV substation is being considered to supply the data center and potentially other industrial settlements in the area.

The city anticipates the creation of 200 to 300 new jobs. Building rights are targeted for 2026, with the potential commencement of the first construction phase in 2027. The project is situated in the Markendorf commercial and industrial area.
