VEL1 is NETMOUNTAINS Group’s new high-tech data center located in Velbert, North Rhine-Westphalia. Designed with sustainability at its core, VEL1 is built around Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) technology, an advanced system that drastically reduces energy consumption while maximizing thermal efficiency. This makes it one of Germany's pioneering facilities in eco-conscious digital infrastructure.

The center supports both liquid- and air-cooled server racks, offering modular configurations from ¼ rack units up to full 19-inch racks with 46 height units. VEL1 enables tailored colocation solutions, whether clients need single-server deployment, managed hardware hosting, or custom-designed rack setups. Every option is scalable and aligned with GDPR compliance for secure enterprise operations.
