Tristan Capital Partners, through its EPISO 6 fund, has acquired a planned data center development site located at Nonnendammallee 61 in the Siemensstadt district of Berlin, Germany. The 28,400 sqm (305,695 sq ft) site is slated to support up to three three-story data centers with a total capacity of 63MW, including an on-site substation. This development is intended to complement the adjacent 90,000 sqm (968,750 sq ft) Luxwerk complex, also under development. The site has a historical connection to manufacturing, having been developed around 1927 for OSRAM. Aventos, the seller, acquired the site in 2021 and has been redeveloping it into the Luxwerk business park.
