As a public interest group (GIP), Numih France positions itself as a "sovereign host" to ensure sensitive health data remains under French jurisdiction and is protected from extraterritorial laws.
The facility provides high availability, equivalent to Tier III+ standards, with a guaranteed uptime exceeding 99.9%. Numih Toulouse DC1 is the first public host to be HDS-certified across all six required activities for hosting personal health data. They are also actively pursuing SecNumCloud certification from ANSSI, aiming for early 2026, to further guarantee its status as a "trusted cloud".
