Thésée Data Center 3

Thésée Data Center 3, located in Aubergenville, France, is a significant expansion of the Thésée Datacenter campus. With a target power of 50 MW, this facility is set to become one of the largest data centers in the Île-de-France region. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of companies and the public sector, operating exclusively under French law.

The project involves the construction of several independent modules, each ranging from 5 to 10 MW, developed progressively. This phased approach allows Thésée to scale its infrastructure in response to the increasing digital demands of its clients. Each module is engineered with a resilient and scalable architecture, aiming for Uptime Institute's Tier IV certification to ensure maximum availability and zero service interruption.

Energy efficiency is a core focus, with the campus targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.2 at full load. It will utilize hybrid cooling technologies, including air and Direct Liquid Cooling, to support high-density computing while minimizing environmental impact. The design also incorporates provisions for waste heat recovery. Thésée Datacenter is committed to sustainability, adhering to the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact and the SBTi approach, with ambitious emission reduction targets.
