SEGRO Bonneuil-sur-Marne

SEGRO is planning to develop a state-of-the-art data center in the ZAC des Petits Carreaux area, spanning the municipalities of Bonneuil-sur-Marne and Sucy-en-Brie in Val-de-Marne, France. The project site covers a total area of 34,048 m², with approximately 13,800 m² dedicated to construction. The facility will include a main operating building for computer rooms, cooling equipment, technical spaces, and offices, alongside a generator building housing 24 generators, and an electrical substation area.

The design emphasizes sustainability, featuring green spaces that account for 37% of the site, including 165 newly planted trees and the preservation of 213 existing ones. The roofs will incorporate photovoltaic panels covering 3,410 m², along with green and gravel sections. Additional eco-friendly elements include permeable parking areas and a water infiltration basin. The project aims to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and BIODIVERCITY certification.
