Developed through a joint venture between Groupe Casino and Qarnot Computing, the facility exemplifies ScaleMax’s model of repurposing underutilized retail and logistics space for high-performance computing.
The data center delivers compute power to clients in sectors like banking, AI, and 3D animation, while also contributing to energy efficiency. Heat generated by the servers is recovered and reused to warm the surrounding warehouse, thanks to integration with Casino’s energy subsidiary, GreenYellow.
