Goodman PAR01A

The Goodman PAR01 Data Centre is a 72 MW IT campus situated at 13 Rue Charles Cros, Tremblay-en-France, in the North of Paris. Developed on a 53,000 sqm plot, this facility is designed to enable the digital economy, offering a low-latency connection and a secured IT environment within the Paris north data centre cluster.

The campus comprises two buildings, each with a separate entrance, an office area, a technical equipment room, and a mechanical/power yard. Each building features three floors, with two data halls per floor, each approximately 1,380 sqm. The total IT power capacity is 72 MW, with a total campus capacity of 105 MW.

Key design principles include distributed or block redundancy for electrical systems, containerized power modules, and a density of approximately 3 kW/sqm. Cooling is managed by air-cooled chillers with free cooling capabilities, and hot aisle containment is implemented. Structurally, the buildings offer a clear height of 6m+, floor loading capacity up to 20kN/sqm, and a building height of 23m. The facility boasts an average PUE of ± 1.23, highlighting its efficiency.
