The Dugny Digital Hub is a significant new data center campus by Digital Realty, located in Dugny, France. This planned three-site development, comprising PAR15, PAR16, and PAR17, is strategically positioned to bolster AI infrastructure, sovereign cloud hosting, and future digital capacity in the region. The campus will offer more than 65,000 m² of IT space and 176 MW of IT capacity. Construction commenced in 2025, with the first facility, PAR15, slated for delivery in 2027. The project emphasizes environmental and social responsibility, aiming for LEED-type certification and incorporating carbon reduction, energy efficiency, local employment, and community engagement. The Dugny Digital Hub is expected to create approximately 110 permanent jobs and 450 indirect jobs, contributing to the local economy and fostering a digital ecosystem.
