DATA4 Paris PAR03-DC2

DATA4 is developing the PAR03 data center campus in Nozay, France, located southwest of Paris. This new 22-hectare site, previously the Nokia headquarters in France, is situated 5km from DATA4's existing Marcoussis campuses (PAR1 and PAR2).

The PAR03 campus is planned to host a total of eight data centers, with an aim to achieve 32,000 square meters of space and 120 MW of capacity. DATA4 intends to invest €1 billion ($1bn) in this project by 2030.

This expansion is part of DATA4's broader ambition to reach 1 GW of capacity and solidify its position as a leading European data center operator. The development is expected to be integrated into a local district heating scheme. DATA4's existing Marcoussis campuses, operational since 2007, currently offer a combined potential capacity of 255 MW across 24 data centers and 111 hectares.
