CyrusOne PAR1 - Paris

PAR1 is CyrusOne’s data center campus located in Wissous, a suburb of Paris, France. Strategically situated within a 120-acre industrial zone, the site occupies less than 11% of the designated area, offering a low-impact footprint paired with proximity to major infrastructure.

The facility is being developed in three phases and will ultimately deliver 27 megawatts of critical IT capacity across six data halls totaling 10,396 square meters. Phase 1 is operational with 4.5MW in a single hall, while Phase 2 and Phase 3 will add five halls and the remaining capacity pending planning and environmental approvals.

Built with sustainability in mind, PAR1 features a raised floor design, dual power supplies, optimized operating temperatures, and multi-layered security protocols. Its resilient infrastructure and phased deployment model support scalable, high-performance workloads in a key European market.
