Colt Paris Villebon PAR3

Colt Paris 3, located in Villebon-sur-Yvette southwest of Paris, is an AI-ready data center designed to support the growing demand for cloud and AI services. The facility will offer 32MW of IT power, with a design accommodating power requirements exceeding 100kW per rack. It utilizes a hybrid cooling approach, integrating traditional air cooling with direct liquid-to-chip cooling for high-density AI workloads.

Colt has secured a 120MW power contract for the site, ensuring a reliable energy supply for this and two additional planned facilities. The data center prioritizes sustainability with 100% renewable energy usage, zero water waste in its cooling process, and waste heat recycling. Its strategic location, 25 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport, provides excellent connectivity to major carriers and dense fiber routes. Colt Paris 3 is built on a 12.5-acre site and is part of Colt's commitment to operational excellence and 24/7 customer support.
