Colt Paris Villebon PAR2

Colt Paris 2 (PAR2) is an AI-designed data center located in Villebon-sur-Yvette, southwest of Paris, France. This facility offers 40MW of IT power, capable of supporting very large platforms and customers requiring over 100kW per rack. It is the first of three planned data centers at the site, with a total contracted power of 120MW secured for the entire development.

The data center is designed to meet the cooling demands of high-density AI workloads, employing a hybrid approach that combines traditional air cooling with liquid-to-chip technology. It operates on 100% renewable power, supports customer sustainability goals, and features zero water waste in its cooling process. The facility is also designed with the capability to recover waste heat for community use.

Strategically located approximately 25 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport and close to major transport links, Colt Paris 2 offers excellent connectivity with access to a high concentration of fiber routes and nearby major carriers.
