Castle IT Saint-Omer

Castle IT, a French colo firm founded in 2016, is expanding its data center footprint with a new facility in Saint-Omer, France. This second site, expected to open by the end of the year, will offer 200 sqm (2,150 sq ft) of space and 40 racks. The Saint-Omer data center is designed to complement Castle IT's larger facility in Larçay, providing customers with a secondary backup solution. The company specifically targets clients in the Hauts-de-France region, aiming to offer a sovereign French IT environment. While the IT capacity of the new site has not been disclosed, it adds to Castle IT's growing presence in northern France, a region increasingly attracting data center development.
