BXIA Campus is a proposed 250MW data center development located on a 20-hectare site at the Parc des Expositions de Bordeaux, France. The campus will consist of five buildings and aims to provide dedicated infrastructure for sovereign AI, potentially serving French companies like AI lab Mistral and businesses such as Airbus.

The project is being developed by Osae Partners and NFU, with backing from European investors. The estimated construction cost is €3 billion, with the total project cost, including hardware, potentially reaching €12 billion.

BXIA Campus will implement a closed-loop water system to minimize usage. The first building is anticipated to be operational in 2028. Bordeaux is a growing data center market, benefiting from its proximity to the Amitié subsea cable landing station.
