Hyperco Pyhäjoki

Hyperco is developing a large-scale data center in Pyhäjoki, Finland, marking one of its biggest projects to date. The company has secured 130 hectares of land in Keskikylä, with zoning efforts underway to accommodate up to 300,000 square meters of floor space.

The facility is strategically located next to Valkeuden substation, ensuring direct access to Finland’s high-voltage transmission network. This positioning supports high-power availability, making it ideal for cloud services, AI workloads, and enterprise computing.

Hyperco’s Pyhäjoki data center will integrate waste heat recovery, contributing to local district heating networks, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. The project is expected to boost regional economic growth, creating new job opportunities and attracting global tech investments.
