Hyperco Helsinki

Hyperco's Helsinki Data Center, located in Vantaa, Finland, is a state-of-the-art facility acquired by Hyperco in June 2022 for €35 million. This industrial building spans 16,900 square meters and is strategically positioned next to a power plant, offering excellent fiber and electricity connections. The site currently hosts two long-term tenants, Equinix and Thales, with Equinix providing 1,840 square meters of colocation space across two floors.

The data center has significant potential for expansion, with plans for a 6,500 square meter extension and the development of a 10-20MW data center. Hyperco aims to leverage the property's industrial zoning and unused building rights to enhance its capabilities. This acquisition marks Hyperco's first step in its ambitious plan to invest €200 million in data centers across the Nordics, focusing on sustainable and tailored solutions for its clients. The facility underscores Hyperco's commitment to innovation and sustainability in the digital infrastructure sector.
