Magnora Hämeenlinna

Magnora Hämeenlinna is a large-scale data center project located at MORE Industrial Park, Karanojantie 60-106 in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The facility will span 150,000 square meters (1.61 million sq ft) and deliver 120MW of capacity. Norwegian renewable investment firm Magnora ASA holds a 70 percent majority stake in the project through a joint venture with Northern Europe Energy Group (NEEG), which retains 30 percent ownership. Initiated by NEEG in 2025, the project is expected to reach the ready-to-build stage by the end of 2026. Positioned in Hämeenlinna, the development underscores Magnora's commitment to renewable-driven infrastructure and Northern Europe's growing data center market.
