Risti Data Center Campus, located in Risti, Estonia, is a large-scale, powered greenfield campus designed for Tier III data centers. Spanning 36 hectares, the campus has secured 184.5 MW of power capacity, with plans for six 30 MW modules and potential expansion to over 400 MW. The project prioritizes early power and infrastructure development, aiming for delivery readiness in Q4 2026. It features a masterplan for phased growth, independent data hall modules, and room for future expansion. Connectivity is ensured through multiple fiber networks, including the EstWin corridor and Tele2 cables. The site benefits from proximity to Tallinn, Tallinn International Airport, and Paldiski Cargo Harbour, along with strong municipal support. Risti is co-located with Sunly's hybrid energy park, offering a combination of TSO grid access and local renewable energy from solar (244 MWp), wind (48 MW), and battery storage (144 MW / 600 MWh). Substation works are underway, and area zoning is expected to conclude by Q4 2026.
