NEOIX

NEOIX Egypt is a significant hyperscale data center development located in Egypt's New Administrative Capital, with a planned capacity of 150MW, expandable to 500MW. This facility is designed to be a critical digital infrastructure hub connecting Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, leveraging Egypt's strategic geographic position.

A key feature is its revolutionary desert cooling concept, which has demonstrated up to 60% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional systems. The project also plans for integration of a solar plant up to 50 MW and advanced water treatment and recycling systems to minimize environmental impact, aligning with Egypt's Vision 2030 sustainability goals.

The data center is being developed through a strategic partnership involving NEOIX, the Egyptian New Administrative Capital Authority, a Regional Sovereign Wealth Fund, and an International Technology Consortium. The project has received formal endorsement from the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and is progressing with 40% of capacity already pre-leased to major cloud providers.
