Telconet Cloud Center III, located in Guayaquil, Ecuador, is a state-of-the-art data center designed for industry-leading resilience and security. It features a dedicated 8 MVA (69 kV) substation for unparalleled energy backup, complemented by 2 modular 600 kVA UPS systems in a 2N configuration and advanced SmartLi lithium batteries.

The facility employs precision climate control with 14 CRAC units of 55 kW each, utilizing TeamWork technology for adaptive load management and adhering to ASHRAE TC 9.9 standards.

Security is paramount, with comprehensive measures including facial and fingerprint biometrics, ECARO 25 fire suppression, and real-time DCIM monitoring. The data center operates under TIA-942 standards, ensuring world-class protection for critical infrastructure.
