Project M:ARK, developed by DCS Development ApS on behalf of an undisclosed American operator, is a planned hyperscale data center campus located in Tarm, Denmark.
The project encompasses approximately 152 hectares and is strategically situated adjacent to Energinet's 400 kV high-voltage substation near Stovstrup. Illustrations suggest the potential development of up to 15 data halls, with heights potentially reaching 20 meters. The municipality had previously designated the area for energy-intensive usage in 2020.
DCS Development ApS filed an application for the project in April 2026, with environmental screening and municipality zoning processes still pending as of July 2026. Initial operational phases for the first data halls are anticipated by the end of 2029.
This is a campus listing, that covers multiple data centers.
