Kokura 3 is Seznam.cz’s newest data center, located in Horní Počernice, Eastern Prague. It expands the existing Kokura campus, originally launched in 2013.
The facility spans 1,200 square meters and delivers 2.4MW of IT capacity. Though it shares the site with Kokura 1 and 2, it operates as an independent data center.
Kokura 3 introduces several innovations, including a power branch that omits traditional UPS and batteries—relying instead on IT-level power redundancy. It also features solar panels and a rainwater-based cooling system with UV water treatment.
The project was built by Metrostav and installed by Altron, with contributions from Robotron and Brema. It reflects Seznam.cz’s commitment to efficient, resilient infrastructure in the Czech Republic.
