MasterDC Kanice

MasterDC is developing the Czech Republic's first data center specifically designed for artificial intelligence applications. Located in Kanice, near Brno, the facility is slated to commence operations in autumn 2026 within a former military complex, emphasizing a high level of security.

The site boasts a total area of 26,000 m² with a usable area of 1,000 m² for the first data hall. It will initially offer 4 MW of power capacity, supporting 80-100 racks, with a total site capacity planned for 25 MW. The data center will utilize water cooling capable of up to 120 kW per rack and is expected to achieve a PUE of 1.2. A 5 MWp solar power plant will provide renewable energy.

The facility aims to support demanding workloads such as chip design, quantum modeling, and AI model training and inference for universities, research institutions, and industry. Capacity will expand in phases based on market demand, offering services like private AI cloud deployments, AI-oriented colocation, and GPU server rentals.
