Pantheon Atlas

Pantheon AI, developed by Pantheon Atlas, is a planned hyperscale AI data center and innovation campus located in Topusko, Croatia. The project aims to establish Croatia as a leading regional hub for digital infrastructure and is expected to bring over $50 billion in total investment. The facility will be gigawatt-scale and AI-optimized, built to accommodate NVIDIA GW Scale AI Factory standards, with an initial capacity of 1 GW and 800 MW usable IT load on a 310-acre campus, expandable to 450 acres. It is situated 45 minutes from Zagreb. The project will integrate up to 5.2 GW of renewable energy onto Croatia's grid, featuring an on-site 500 MW solar plant and 8,000 MWh battery storage. Connectivity will be enhanced by four independent fiber routes and the GreenMed subsea cable. Construction is slated to begin in early 2027, with full operation expected by Q1 2029. The initiative is backed by a transatlantic partnership and represents a significant private U.S. investment in Europe, creating 1,500 permanent jobs.
